Goods purchased in the online shop can be returned or exchanged within 10 days (postmark). Returns of items are only accepted if they are unworn/unused. Damages during transport must be reported to the post office within 5 days.

When returning items, we ask you to keep the parcel posting receipt from the shipping service provider.
After receiving the returned goods in the described condition, wesurfwithalma will refund you the value of the goods. The refund is usually made using the same payment method that was used for payment.
